This is an ideal position for a hands-on Product Manager with a technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Product Strategy and Vision: 

  • Being responsible for maintaining overall vision and strategy for the product. 

  • Identify market opportunities and create a roadmap that aligns with business goals. 

• Product Roadmap Development:

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop the product roadmap.

  • Manage the process for prioritisation of features and come up with a prioritized backlog, monitor & report on release timelines agreed with the engineering team, and structure & manage the product roadmap.

  • Report on completion of roadmap items within a release (e.g. based on feedback from QA). 

• Customer and Market Research: 

  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions. 

  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with various departments (engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure product success.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between teams. 

• Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data. 

• KPI and Metrics Tracking:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

  • Use data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.

• Previous experience as a Product Manager in a similar role with a software platform.

• Experience in the BPM/Business Automation industry is a plus. 

• Fluent English. German is a plus.
