As Flowable's Marketing Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and performance across the marketing organization. This role focuses on managing marketing data, technology, and processes to streamline operations, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making. By bridging the gap between marketing and other departments, you ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Marketing Technology: You will oversee and manage the marketing tech stack, including CRMs (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Pardot), website CMS (Contentful), analytics tools (Google Suite), and events platforms like Zoom. Additionally, you will evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless integration across tools, while also training the team on best practices.
Data Management & Analytics: You will own and maintain data quality across all marketing databases, while tracking and analyzing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions. Developing dashboards and reports to measure KPIs and marketing ROI will be a key part of your role.
Campaign Optimization & Process Management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will streamline processes for campaign execution and lead management while working closely with marketing and sales teams to align goals. You will also troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges that impact campaign performance.
Compliance & Governance: To maintain operational integrity, you will establish guidelines and best practices for the team and document internal processes to ensure alignment and compliance with standards.

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in the B2B tech space.
Excellent project management skills, enabling you to coordinate within your team and across the organization.
Experience with a multitude of marketing technology tools and stacks (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data analysis).
Experience in building reports and analyzing data. You can translate data to support decision-making across your team and management.
Understanding of KPIs, campaign execution, and optimization.
Detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent organizational skills and a hands-on attitude.
Excellent oral and written English skills; any other European language is a plus.
