Your challenge
HR Consulting & Advisory: You support the management team with HR and leadership topics, together you develop solutions for current or future challenges. You ensure a motivating environment in which our talent can use their full potential.
Team Lead Switzerland: Together with your HR support team, you will optimize and digitize our HR processes inside and outside Workday, thus ensuring that administrative tasks in Switzerland run smoothly.
Change management: Our company is developing rapidly and dynamically, you accompany and proactively shape the change and transformation processes.
International projects: You take an active role in the further development of our HR organization and also manage international projects, naturally in close coordination with our colleagues in Germany, Spain and the USA.
Your profile
Several years of HR experience (HR generalist or business partner) also in the implementation of projects in an agile environment In-depth training in the field of personnel
