Demand Marketing Manager (mfd)

As Flowable’s next Demand Marketing Manager, you are driving awareness and demand generation activities globally.

A Demand Marketing Manager’s role is critical to accelerate marketing growth and ensure that marketing-impacted sales and revenue targets are met. As such, you are responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to create and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and tailoring marketing efforts to meet regional market needs and customer preferences. Our next Demand Marketing Manager will oversee our global demand strategy, with a focus on the NA and Western European markets.

This role is based in the USA.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a demand generation marketing plan for North America and Western Europe, ensuring alignment with company goals and input from marketing leadership and regional stakeholders. Focus on strategies to attract new prospects and drive opportunities with existing customers.

  • Campaigns and Market Research: Plan and execute diverse marketing campaigns, including online/offline events, email campaigns, ABM, SEO, and social media. Conduct local market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and tailored approaches for each region.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for regional marketing inquiries and strategy alignment.

  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Define goals and key metrics for all marketing activities, monitor results, and provide actionable insights for future optimization. Use data-driven analysis to recommend improvements and ensure continuous growth in regional impact.

What you bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years in demand/field marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B tech or enterprise software marketing, with experience in creating demand strategies for growing tech companies.

  • Skills: Strong project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and cross-functional projects.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, sales feedback, and business insights, with an analytical mindset focused on KPIs and ROI.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM, marketing automation, and CMS systems.

  • Leadership: Preferably experienced in setting up or managing small teams, with hands-on involvement in executing and prioritizing campaigns and deliverables.
