As our first Germany based Customer Success Manager, reporting to our Head of Customer Success EMEA, you will be a partner to our customers, enabling them to achieve their objectives and maximize value from their investment.
What you’ll be doing:
Customer enablement – Assisting with the onboarding and activation of Flowable customers, identifying risks in achieving their stated business goals, ensuring they are utilizing all their licenses, as well as providing general customer guidance to increase the product adoption rate.
Satisfaction – Understanding customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing satisfaction rates and gathering other feedback to drive retention and growth.
Collaboration – Acting as the primary contact between the company and our customers, working closely with several departments within Flowable teams including sales, product support, product management, service delivery and the global management team.
What you bring:
Are you customer service orientated with excellent organization, presentation and communication skills? If this sounds like you, then take a look at our further requirements:
University degree in Business Computer Science or similar.
At least 3 years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager, Business Consultant or similar role.
Experience with SaaS products in Enterprises (B2B) is essential, exposure and knowledge in the BPM area or with AI Agents is a plus.
Business Case development skills and ability in calculating the success metrics.
Experience in our target industries in Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Insurance or Healthcare is a plus.
Fluency (C1) in German and English is essential.
