Flowable further expands its presence in North America with the opening of a new location in Waterloo, near Toronto. With this step, we are aiming for greater customer proximity in the attractive Canadian market and are pursuing the goal of establishing a dedicated service organization with experts in consulting, training and presales.
Until now, Canadian customers have been served from the US location in Denver. With immediate effect, we can now support our customers in Canada locally. The new branch will be managed by Charlie Franco, who is already responsible for the US business.

This is in high demand, especially in times of crisis: For example, the Canadian Kindred Credit Union was able to digitize the processing of Covid 19 emergency loans within just one week. Low costs, optimal customer service and higher efficiency were the result of this deployment.
Several of our Canadian customers come from the logistics, retail, public administration and wealth management sectors.
